Register for occasional care

We recommend registering your child with us before going ahead to book for occasional care. This will make booking services easier whenever needed. Registration helps us get to know your child better and ensures we have the most up-to-date information on file.​

1. Register for Termly Booking

• How to Register:

  • To register your child for a termly spot in either our Breakfast Club or Supervision Club, please complete the online registration form available on our website.

• Confirmation of Registration:

  • Upon receipt of your online registration, we will reach out to you to schedule a face-to-face meeting. This meeting will allow us to discuss your child’s specific needs, answer any questions you may have, and finalize the registration process.

2. Face-to-Face Meeting

• Purpose:

  • The face-to-face meeting gives us an opportunity to get to know you and your child better, and ensure that we meet all of your requirements for the upcoming term.

• What to Expect:

  • During the meeting, we will confirm your child’s schedule, review any special requirements (such as allergies or medical conditions), and answer any questions you may have about the club’s activities or procedures.

• Completion of Registration:

  • After our meeting, we will complete the registration process, finalize the details, and provide you with all necessary information for the term.

3. Termly Commitment

• Termly Schedule:

  • Once your registration is complete, your child’s attendance will be confirmed for the full term. We kindly ask that you commit to your chosen schedule for the term to ensure consistency and availability.

• Changes to Booking:

  • If any changes need to be made during the term, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
