This policy outlines the procedures for booking and managing Breakfast Club and Supervision Club services, including drop-off, pick-up, after-school care, and more. 1. Booking & Registration

• Advance Booking:

  • All bookings for Little Bloomers’ Breakfast Club and Supervision Club must be made at least 48 hours in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us via email at littlebloomers4@gmail.com

  • If you are booking recurring services (e.g., weekly or monthly), please confirm your child’s attendance at the start of each term, or as required.

• Emergency or Last-Minute Bookings:

  • In case of emergencies or last-minute requests, we will do our best to accommodate your child, depending on availability. Please contact the school office at littlebloomers@example.com or call us at 07432705213.

• Booking Confirmation:

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your child’s booking for the Breakfast Club or Supervision Club, including session times and any additional information or special requirements.

2. Drop-Off for Breakfast Club

• Hours of Operation:

  • Breakfast Club is available from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

• Drop-Off Procedures:

  • Parents or guardians should drop off their child between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM.

  • Please ensure that your child arrives on time, as no late arrivals will be accepted after 8:00 AM for Breakfast Club.

  • Sign-In Required: When you drop off your child, please sign them in with our staff to ensure a smooth start to their day.

  • If you are running late, please call us in advance, and we will guide you through the best solution.

• Late Drop-Off:

  • Your child may miss their breakfast if they arrive after 8:00am

3. After-School Pickup for Supervision Club

• Hours of Operation:

  • Supervision Club runs from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Pickup Procedures:

  • Pick-Up Time: Parents or authorized guardians must pick up their child no later than 6:00 PM.

  • Upon pickup, please sign out your child and confirm their identity using your photo ID if needed.

  • If someone else (e.g., a grandparent, neighbor) is picking up your child, please ensure they are listed as an authorized contact in advance.

• Late Pickup Fee:

  • A late fee of £5 for every 15-minute increment will apply if the child is not picked up by 6:00 PM. This will be added to your next invoice.

4. Care and Supervision During Clubs

• Breakfast Club Care:

  • Children are supervised by friendly, experienced staff who will ensure that your child starts their day with a nutritious breakfast and a calm, structured environment. Activities may include drawing, quiet games, and preparing for school.

• Supervision Club Care:

  • Our Supervision Club offers a range of activities, including homework help, creative arts, outdoor play, and storytelling. Your child will be in a safe and supportive environment until you arrive to pick them up.

• Special Requirements or Allergies:

  • If your child has specific health needs, allergies, or dietary requirements, please notify us in advance when booking. This helps us ensure the safest care for your child.

5. Cancellation and Amendments

• Cancellation Policy:

  • To cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.

  • If you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will accommodate accordingly.

• Changing Bookings:

  • If you need to change a booking, such as switching dates or times, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
